My Experience with Children of Life

My experience with the Children of Life platform was genuinely distinctive and unlike any other.

I made use of more than one parenting consultation, and every session added a deeper understanding of my children — and of myself. What I liked most was how realistic and practical the approach to solutions was, free of idealism and free of judgement, which made me feel safe and at ease talking about the challenges I face.

Sometimes I felt at a loss over how to handle certain everyday behaviours, but through the session I learned how to tell the difference between a child's real need and their reaction, and how to steady my own emotions before guiding them. I began to notice an improvement in the way I communicate with them, and our relationship became calmer and more understanding.

The platform helps parents build parenting awareness and gives them practical tools they can apply straight away.
